SBTET Connect is provided for individual student support. Under these terms, you agree to:

• Use the results, leaderboard, college directories, and counseling predictors solely for personal academic monitoring and educational guidance.
• Strictly avoid any automated scraping, crawler scripts, bot networks, query floods, or unauthorized API stress testing against our backend proxy services.
• Not engage in forging academic records, spoofing request headers, or manipulating payload packets to inflate ranks on the leaderboard.

Seat matrices, tuition fees, cutoff ranks, NAAC/NIRF accreditation ratings, and lateral entry intakes displayed across the TG ECET and TG POLYCET directories are compiled from official state counseling notifications, institutional disclosures, and board bulletins.

These tools are intended solely for personal planning and decision support. Actual seat allocations, fee remissions, and allotment orders are determined exclusively by the convener of TG ECET, TG POLYCET, TSCHE, and SBTET Telangana.

Leaderboard rankings are compiled from student score checks and strictly use privacy-masked student names (e.g. M••••D A•••Z) and masked PINs (e.g. 23001-EC-XXX) to safeguard individual student confidentiality. We do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of the ranks, as they depend on the subset of students who actively choose to check grades on our portal.

Ranking statistics are calculated programmatically as-is. Users are prohibited from forging academic records, tampering with calculation parameters, or spoofing network headers.

The Student Pulse Community is an open peer-to-peer discussion space. When posting questions, answers, or comments:

• You agree not to post abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
• Commercial spam, unauthorized promotional links, exam paper leaks, and mass advertising are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or permanently remove content that violates these guidelines and suspend abusive accounts without prior notice.

The companion service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

Under no circumstances shall the developer (Syed) or any contributors be held liable for any damages, academic disqualifications, errors, or service delays stemming from the use of, or inability to use, this application. The official SBTET TS Board is the sole arbiter of final grades, schedules, and circular releases.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, suspend backend proxies, or adjust the ranks leaderboard calculations at any time to ensure compliance with the board rules or server optimizations.
